Pantami, who spoke with State House Correspondents at the end of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, said the timelines for the mandatory linking of the NIN to bank accounts would soon be released.

The NIMC had initially given a April 6th 2021 deadline for those with NIN and April 6th 2021 for those without NIN.
The tweet reads: “All Nigerians and legal residents are advised to enroll for their national identification number (NIN) and link them before April 6th 2021.
Failure to do so will lead to your line being blocked or disconnected by the 6th April 2021
